• Usually, order will be sent within 3 working days

• Due to highly demand of the products; anticipates items will arrive within 2 weeks-2 months to be safe.

  • ​Mostly other parts of Europe and US countries products will arrive within 2-4 weeks

  • Other countries will take more time, products will arrive within 4 weeks to 2 months

• If you can't receive your order in time kindly contact us.

Return & Refund

• Full Refund if you don't receive your order

• Full or Partial Refund

  • If the item is not as described

  • Defective or you’re not satisfied with the items you received;

    • must be reported and return to us with the original package if possible and note down the reason in your Order No.

    • Kindly inform us before returning the items, confirm the return address and the logistics method with us. After you give the items to the logistic company, please send us the tracking number.  As soon as we receive the items, we will make the replacement or we will return your money.
